What we can develop together

Three connected areas in an individual proposal. The scope is agreed with each clinic before operations begin.

01

Service organisation

Planning the care space, appointments, reception and operational coordination to integrate the service into the clinic.

02

Team and training

Training and assessment with specialist collaborators, for professionals with the appropriate qualifications and scope of practice.

03

Coordination and follow-up

Communication with the surgical team, care documentation and review of how the service operates.

A clear role for each party.

Clinic and surgical team

Define care indications, clinical coordination, medical reviews and communication with the professionals providing care.

Professionals and specialist collaborator

Provide care within their scope of practice. The specialist contributes the agreed method, training and technical supervision.
